STEP 1/10
I prepared sesame leaves
STEP 2/10
The peppers were in the refrigerator, so I took the top off, washed it, and cut the bottom little by little
Chili peppers are not necessary ingredients. You can pass if you don't have them
You can cut it like this or you can make a hole with a toothpick
If you skip this process, if you bite the pepper in the water, it might spill out like a fountain
STEP 3/10
Untie the rock band and pour enough water to soak the perilla leaf, add two tablespoons of vinegar, and leave it for about 5 to 8 minutes
STEP 4/10
I cut the garlic into thin slices
STEP 5/10
I put soy sauce, sugar, water, and plum juice and boiled it
I wanted to make it darker, so I used brown sugar
You can use both white and brown sugar
The ironing ratio is 1:1:1:1, but I cut down on sugar and added plum juice
If you like sweet and sour flavors, add sugar and vinegar to 1
STEP 6/10
While the iron is boiling, wash the perilla leaves in vinegar three times and put them in a container
STEP 7/10
I added garlic and chili peppers
STEP 8/10
When it boils, turn off the heat and pour 50cc of vinegar into the perilla leaf
You can cool down the iron completely and pour it in. You can pour it when it's gone like me
If you cool down and pour the vegetables, you can add more color to the vegetables
STEP 9/10
After pouring the iron, perilla leaves came to mind, so I pressed it with a mug
Take out the mug after 30 minutes
STEP 10/10
It's a pickled perilla leaf that's been 3 hours
Put it in the refrigerator and take it out when you eat it
It tastes deeper as time goes by
You can add or take out the ironings according to your preference
