Chop the onion just enough to have a good texture.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil.

Coat round potato dough with egg and bread crumbs.

Pour enough oil into the frying pan over high heat and prepare to fry.
When the heat rises, roll the dough in a frying pan and bake until golden brown.

Prepare your favorite seasoning and sprinkle it according to your preference.
If you don't want to coat it with seasoning, I recommend you try it with ketchup, sriracha sauce, and holgrain mustard!
