making digestible cabbage porridge
You all know that cabbage is good for your health, right? As I get older, I often feel bloated and indigestion, so I made cabbage porridge that is comfortable for my stomach. :-)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chop the cabbage into a vegetable chopper.
Then, add potato, zucchini, carrot and chop..
STEP 2/9
Add salt to 3 eggs and dissolve to make egg water.
STEP 3/9
Put 2T of sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry cabbage for about 30 seconds.
STEP 4/9
Add all the chopped vegetables and add shiitake mushrooms to your liking and stir-fry them for about 30 seconds while mixing them evenly.

Now add the prepared rice!
You can soak the sticky rice in water and use it.
STEP 6/9
Add about 800ml of water and boil it.
When it starts to boil, mix well, making sure the rice is not lumpy.
STEP 7/9
Now, change to medium to low heat, boil for 5 minutes, and season with salt.
STEP 8/9
If the seasoning is to your taste, pour the egg mixture and do not stir immediately, wait 10 seconds inside counting heat, then simmer for another minute or so, mixing evenly.
STEP 9/9
Put it in a finished bowl!
Sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to taste just before eating.
Instead of rice, you can soak it in water for about 30 minutes. When you have enteritis, don't add cabbage and rice and sesame oil You just need to boil it over medium to low heat.
