STEP 1/9
Take off the grapes that have already receded or are not in good condition.
STEP 2/9
Then put the grapes in the bread bag and roll them up.
STEP 3/9
As expected, put in grapes and roll them.If there are no other fruits in the fruit compartment of the refrigerator, you can just put them in it, but if there are other fruits, put them in a separate container and store grapes. Grapes can be damaged and softened when struck, and they rot, so you can store them for a long time if you keep them separately.
STEP 4/9
[How to wash grapes] First, shake the grapes gently and wash them 2-3 times by changing the water
STEP 5/9
If the last rinse water does not remove any foreign substances from the grapes, drop 2 spoons of vinegar and leave it for about 7 minutes
STEP 6/9
[Making grape vinegar] When you wash grapes, grapes come out like this. Grape grains alone are delicious, but I'm tired of eating them when the amount increases. So I make grape vinegar if I have a lot of grapes. Prepare washed grape grains without moisture by wiping or drying them.
STEP 7/9
Everything is easy to mold if it's wet. Wash it clean, sterilize it with hot water, and put grape grains in a water-free bottle.
STEP 8/9
And pour the brewed vinegar about 5-7cm higher than the grapes. If the amount of vinegar is small, oxygen and grapes will meet and mold will form, so make sure that it is fully. Since the grapes themselves have the sweetness of the grapes themselves, don't pour only the brewed vinegar and close the lid tightly, leave the grapes in a cool place for 100 days, and eat them while storing them from then on.
STEP 9/9
I use this vineyard when I drink or cook with water like a drink. Grapes are used well because they are easy to hold and eat.
It's good to eat grapes quickly, and if you haven't finished, refrigerate them without water. If you wash grapes and wrap them in a newspaper with water, they will go bad quickly, so it is better to dry them before storing them or wash them when you eat them
