Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut 1/2 onion, 1 red pepper, 1/3 zucchini into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/7
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan and add 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry on low heat

Add 100g of minced pork and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine
STEP 4/7
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 2 tablespoon of rice water and stir-fry it first because it can burn easily if you stir-fry it like this. Stir-fry it for a while

Add 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce.
