STEP 1/14
Cut the dried squid into bite-size pieces with scissors.
STEP 2/14
Usually, to make it soft, I put it in hot water for a while and stir-fried it with mayonnaise, but today, I'm going to do it with Lee Bo-eun's recipe.
Add 2 spoons of cooking wine and mix well to remove the fishy taste.
STEP 3/14
Place the dried squid in a microwave bowl, cover and heat for 1 minute.
It's only one minute. It's hard if it's less than a minute, and it smells fishy if it's over a minute, so please keep it for a minute.
STEP 4/14
Spread the dried squid that has been heated for a minute in a wide area and sing it.
STEP 5/14
Add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of cooking oil, and 1 spoon of minced garlic to the pan and mix well.
STEP 6/14
Cooking oil is added to make the red pepper paste melt very well.
STEP 7/14
When mixed well, turn on the gas and boil over high heat.
Turn off the heat when it boils.
STEP 8/14
Add the dried squid and mix well.
Mix well at the same time, holding a wide spatula in one hand and wooden chopsticks in the other.
STEP 9/14
If it's mixed well, turn on the gas stove and stir-fry it well.
STEP 10/14
Remove from heat, add 1 spoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry again to make it glossy.
STEP 11/14
Add 1 spoonful of sesame seeds and 1 spoonful of sesame salt and mix well.
STEP 12/14
When it cools, put it in a side dish container.
I don't put stir-fried dried squid in the refrigerator.
I fry a small amount and leave it outside and eat it all.
Jinmichae is delicious at first, but when I go to the refrigerator, it doesn't taste good and smells bad, so I just leave it outside and eat it.
I think it's okay because it has red pepper paste and cooking wine, so there's nothing that's changed.
Instead, not for long.
STEP 13/14
It's not hard but soft and sweet. It's a delicious stir-fried dried squid.
The more you chew it, the more spicy it is and the more savory it is
If you cook it quickly and eat it with warm rice, you don't need any other side dishes.
STEP 14/14
When I was in school, there were no side dishes like stir-fried dried squid.
There are so many things to eat now that it's not a very precious and delicious side dish, but I remember it as the best side dish for lunch boxes then.
Heat it in the microwave once and stir-fry it on fire for a long time, so it's not hard
It's spicy with red pepper paste, sugar and starch syrup, and side dishes that are not hard and have a good texture. If there's one side dish like this, the table is filling.
I think it would be a simple but decent meal if you cook one soup or stew and one spicy dried squid with one soft steamed egg and one kimchi.
If you add cooking wine and mix it, heat it in the microwave for a minute and cook it, it's softer.
