STEP 1/17
Slice whole garlic and place it on a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
Drain the minced garlic as well.
I had both whole and minced garlic frozen, so it was a bit more watery, so I waited at room temperature for a while to remove the water.
STEP 2/17
Grease the smallest frying pan and grill the sliced garlic first over low heat.
STEP 3/17
Then, put oil again and bake minced garlic over low heat.
STEP 4/17
And put a kitchen towel on it and remove the oil.
STEP 5/17
Wash one and a half cups of rice in a paper cup and soak it, then add the fried garlic and mix it once and press cooking.
STEP 6/17
As soon as the rice is ready, add 8g of butter and mix it together to keep it warm.
STEP 7/17
Cut off chicken tails, visible lumps of oil, and lean necks.
Then, cut it in half and wash it clean to remove moisture.
STEP 8/17
Sprinkle 3 pinch of salt and a little pepper on the dehydrated chicken.
STEP 9/17
Grease a preheated frying pan with plenty of oil and roast the chicken back and forth.
STEP 10/17
Place the chicken on the outside in a paper foil-covered air fryer and bake it at 180 for 10 minutes.
Then, turn it upside down and bake for 10 minutes.
STEP 11/17
Add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 5 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of plum extract, 1.5 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of oligosaccharide, 2 spoon of pork cutlet sauce, 1 spoon of mirin, 10g of melted butter, 2 spoon of vinegar, 2 spoon of water, and a little pepper and mix well.
STEP 12/17
Add only half of the sauce and boil it over low heat.
After cooking for a while, turn off the heat when you draw with a spoon in the middle of the sauce.
STEP 13/17
When the chicken is done, put the uncooked seasoning on it and lower the temperature to 170 for 5 minutes.
STEP 14/17
Now, turn it over and season it. This time, grill it for 2 minutes.
Apply seasoning and bake for 2 minutes 3 times in total. (Total 6 minutes)
STEP 15/17
Scoop garlic rice into a rice bowl and transfer it to a plate.
STEP 16/17
Moisten the boiled sauce on the chicken balls.
STEP 17/17
And decorate with garlic flakes and sprinkle with parsley.
Even if it took some time to make it, I think it's a dish that I'll try once on the weekend.
If you're looking for something unique, I highly recommend chicken over rice and garlic rice.
