STEP 1/7
Peel the peas and wash them 2-3 times in running water.
STEP 2/7
Boil the ratio of peas to water 1:3. Based on 530g of peas, 2.5L of water was added.
STEP 3/7
Reduce the heat to medium when the water boils. Boil it for an hour.
STEP 4/7
When you mash the peas an hour later, if you mash them well, you're done.
STEP 5/7
Grind the peas in a blender. Add about half of the beans and grind.
STEP 6/7
Put the ground peas in a pot and boil with 1 teaspoon of salt, fructo oligosaccharide 7 tablespoons of erythritol 5 tablespoons of vanilla oil (optional).
STEP 7/7
When the moisture evaporates and thickens, the pea sediment is completed.
If calories or health do not matter, add 12 to 15 tablespoons of sugar instead of fructo oligosaccharides and erythritol. I'll upload a recipe for using pea sediment soon.
