I bought a piece of chicken and boiled it in soy sauce I made it spicy and salty. Everyone from children to adults likes it :) You can't leave out the flat glass noodles If you add sweet potatoes It's full of joy to eat all the time.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
The chicken is size 12 and 1.2kg
I prepared a 1kg chicken.
I wash it under running water

Cut the vegetables into big pieces.

I cut it in a round shape,

I cut it into six equal parts,

I cut the onion into big pieces.

2/3 cups of soy sauce, 1/2 cups of cooking wine
1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup water
1 cup chopped green onion, 2T ground garlic
1/3T of liver ginger, 3T of sesame oil
It's the basic recipe for jjimdak with soy sauce.
As I said before, if you want to make it darker
When I add vegetables later on
Add 1/2T of caramel pigment.

Add 1 cup of water and sauce and bring to a boil.

On medium high heat, about 15 minutes

Cook and color the ingredients.

Cut 3 dried peppers into big pieces.

If you want to make a dark color like they sell it Add 1/2T of caramel pigment. Instead of coloring, I add soy sauce and grain syrup It accentuated the dark color.
