When I think of Maesaengi soup, I think of Maesaengi Gulguk, which mostly goes into oysters. Almost 80 percent of the houses that make seaweed soup have oysters. But we don't have oysters now. I was thinking about boiling it with shrimp, but I just put seaweed fulvescens Let's boil seaweed soup. So I made seaweed soup very simply. Seasoned with soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, minced garlic, Soaked seaweed is over!!!!1 It's simple, cool, and smooth It's seaweed soup.

  • Sesame oil

  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
It's very simple and super fast because it's seaweed soup with only seaweed. Put the seaweed that was soaked in the pot and add the minced garlic.
STEP 2/4
Add plenty of sesame oil and stir-fry it together.
STEP 3/4
And pour the natural seasoning Hwangtae-yuk and boil it over high heat. Seaweed soup doesn't boil up just because it's boiled. So boil it over high heat for more than 20 minutes and taste it. I seasoned it with soy sauce. If it's bland only with soy sauce, season it with salt at the end.
STEP 4/4
Oysters didn't go in either. There's no seafood either. But the meat didn't go in even more. It'since...The complete seaweed soup with only seaweed fulvescens has been completed.
You can make seaweed soup using this soup and eat it. You can add soaked rice or rice and season it. ^^
Or you can stir-fry soaked rice with sesame oil and add seaweed soup...If you stir it and boil it, it's seaweed soup. LOL
