Real homemade cheese tteok-galbi filled with juicy meat
I thought it would be nice if the rice cakes were chewed up, so I added a lot of rice cakes and made short rib patties. It was made of beef, so it was light and chewy with a lot of rice cakes, and it was savory with cheese. Let's start the juicy homemade cheese tteok-galbi. :)

Cooking Steps

Except for grilled short rib patties, put them in an airtight container and store them in the freezer.
Put it in a plastic bag so that it doesn't stick to each other.
Rice cakes and vegetables need to be chopped as much as possible to make them easier to shape.
