Nak-Gop-Sae Busan Specialty Octopus Gopchang Shrimp Stir-Fried J
Do you know Nak-Gop-Sae??? Stir-fry octopus, gopchang, and shrimp together and eat them on rice or mix them together. If you don't like gopchang, you can eat it as a bird. Jobang is a term for "Chosun Textile Co., Ltd." It was the first cotton textile factory in Joseon built in 1917 in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan. It is said that 54 buildings were built on a 40,000-pyeong site and more than 3,000 people worked there. So, of course, there were restaurants, and one of them was stir-fried octopus. However, it is said that the restaurant's food tastes good, so the name of Jobang Nakji spread across the country. The name "Jobang Nakji" comes from Busan~^^ Since then, it has developed into eating shrimp and gopchang with octopus gospel base.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I bought Nak-Gop-Sae from Top Mart.
I think octopus is thicker than the Oryukdo octopus I mentioned earlier.
I remember the price was late 9,000 won.
I forgot the price after I forgot the price
There is no separate recipe written on the outside.
Just pour it into the pan and boil it.
STEP 2/8
I poured the contents into the wok.
The seasoning was on the bottom of the container.
There are two sauces in it, one was broth and the other was seasoning.
The food has green onions and onions.
The amount of green onions is considerable.
And Nak-Gop-Sani octopus, gopchang, and shrimp are in it.
There's a little extra glass noodles in it, so if you like glass noodles, it'd be good to add more.
STEP 3/8
Gopchang was expensive, so there wasn't a lot.
It's an expensive ingredient, so that's what I'^^
STEP 4/8
The amount of broth was not much.
However, the amount of soup was appropriate because the water was collected from the green onion and onions.
STEP 5/8
I remembered that there was cocktail shrimp in the freezer, so I put them in.
STEP 6/8
Normally, small shrimps are added to Nak-Gop-Sae.
The shrimp in the picture above is called cocktail shrimp, but it is quite big because it is white-legged shrimp.
I can't see the shrimp in the picture above, but there's a big difference in size.
It's almost done.
Boil it for 3 minutes, as you've learned.
After it boils, keep it for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and eat.
STEP 7/8
It's all done.
But I need to give a point here.
I bought Nak-Gop-Sae and bought chives together.
In Busan, there are many stores that serve bean sprouts or chives on Nak-Gop-Sae.
I personally like to eat it with chives.
So I'm going to add chives.
STEP 8/8
Cut the clean chives into long pieces and put them on top~~
Then, mix it well and eat it.
If you feel uncomfortable with the vivid chives, heat them lightly.
