STEP 1/10
Wash rice and brown rice.
Wash the rice water until it is somewhat transparent (usually 3 to 4 times)

Put the rice on the tray.
Dry for about 20 minutes.

Open a canned Korean boiled thistle filled with nature, rinse the boiled thistle slightly in water, and squeeze the water out.

Cut boiled thistle into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/10
Add 2T of soy sauce and 2T of perilla oil.
Mix it evenly.
Let sit for a while until the seasoning is soaked.
(About 30 minutes)
STEP 6/10
Put rice and brown rice and pour water.
Soak it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 7/10
Place seasoned thistle on top of rice.
STEP 8/10
Place in a pressure electric rice cooker.
Close the lid and select the "white rice" mode.
Press the Cook button.
STEP 9/10
After cooking, open the lid of the pressure electric rice cooker,
Gently mix the gondre and rice.
STEP 10/10
I'll put it in a bowl.
I don't add garlic and green onions because it's made with rice.
The amount of water was the same as the amount of rice.
