Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put pork belly on top of sambal and sprinkle salt and pepper to season.
STEP 2/5
Cook the pork belly back and forth and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/5
Add bean sprouts and chives and steam slightly.
STEP 4/5
Make a sauce with green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame salt.
STEP 5/5
Put it on a plate and finish it by blowing sesame seeds.
