Dongchimi naengmyeon and pork bulgogi
I visited Top Mart while thinking about what to eat for lunch. I bought it right away because cold noodles were being held, and I thought galbi would be good to eat cold noodles, so I went to a nearby meat store and bought galbi.

Ingredients
  • Bulgogi
    300g
  • onion
    1ea
  • enoki mushroom
    1/2ea
  • leek
    little
  • young radish kimchi
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I put bulgogi on the wok.
STEP 2/9
I'm thinking of adding some vegetables to bulgogi.
I prepared onions, enoki mushrooms, and chives.
First, peel the onion and shred it.
STEP 3/9
The meat is grilled in the wok.
STEP 4/9
Add sliced onions and tear enoki mushrooms by hand.
And mix it well~~^^
STEP 5/9
Place chives on the cooked meat.
Then, heat it up and mix it well.
You just have to stir-fry it until the chives are a bit out of breath.
STEP 6/9
Lastly, if you put sesame seeds on top, pork bulgogi is done.
STEP 7/9
Place the noodles on a sieve and loosen them with your hands.
STEP 8/9
And put it in boiling water and cook it well while stirring the noodles with chopsticks.
Please keep the time for 40 to 50 seconds~~
Take out the cooked noodles quickly and wash them in cold water!!
STEP 9/9
Put young radish kimchi on the dongchimi naengmyeon.
My mother-in-law recently put young radish kimchi in it, but I failed to airlift it.
So I took out the young radish kimchi that I hid in my fridge~~
We don't know who made it~~^^
I enjoyed a cool lunch with pork bulgogi and dongchimi naengmyeon at home~~^^
