  • Cheonggukjang
    220g
  • ripe kimchi
    60g
  • Tofu
    130g
  • anchovy broth
    400ml
  • Seasoned salt
    1~2little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare 220g of cheonggukjang + 130g of tofu, and 60g of sour kimchi.
STEP 2/5
Put about 450ml of bottled water in a pot and serve anchovy broth (you can add kelp)
STEP 3/5
Prepare about 400ml of anchovy kelp stock and boil it over medium-low heat for about 7 minutes with soybean paste soup, tofu, and sour kimchi.(The soup can be reduced or increased depending on your preference. Add more broth if necessary.)
STEP 4/5
If it's bland, add a pinch of salt to complete the dish
STEP 5/5
Put it in a bowl and eat it deliciously.
