STEP 1/8
Prepare a cut defense for cooking.
If you bought yellowtail with a barrel, please cut it like the picture.

Cut the radish into half-moon shapes and boil it with 2 cups of water.
STEP 3/8
When the water in the pot with radish starts to boil, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and boil it together.
This way, you can taste the delicious seasoned radish because it tastes better.

Boil the water in another pot while the radish is cooked, support the yellowtail in a strainer, and blanch the yellowtail by pouring boiling water.

This way, you can catch the smell of the yellowtail and the yellowtail does not break easily throughout the cooking process.

When the radish becomes transparent, add blanched yellowtail and cook with the rest of the seasoning.
At first, boil it over high heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce it to medium heat and keep pouring the sauce on it. If you think the seasoning is too little, add more water little by little by little.
And I season it from time to time.
Seasoning is better because it's braised.
STEP 7/8
Boil it until the sauce is left on the floor, and the defense is done!
STEP 8/8
If you put it on a plate, it's done.
Use a wide pot when cooking. That way, the seasoning can be evenly soaked into the fish.
