STEP 1/14
In the refrigerator, finely chop carrots, chopped green onions, and leeks, which are always made of ready-to-eat ingredients, just before entering a coma. Carrots are cut into half a cup of plastic 200mL, and leeks are cut into about 200mL cups.
STEP 2/14
I prepared a 200mL cup of green onion.
STEP 3/14
Frozen shrimp (uncooked shrimp) are on a 400g scale and melted in about 30 minutes. You can chop it with a knife, but I chopped it with a spin cutter. If you chop seafood with a spin cutter, the fishy smell can get better, so after you chop it, you can mix water and vinegar properly and return the spin cutter. And it doesn't smell fishy after drying it ^^.
STEP 4/14
Put the minced shrimp in a bowl. Next
STEP 5/14
Add chopped green onions and carrots and season them with soy sauce and oyster sauce. In my case, 4 tablespoons of thick soy sauce (rice spoon) and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce seemed to be properly seasoned. You just need to add or subtract in moderation.
STEP 6/14
And when you mix it, it's moderately sticky.. I don't think we need to add extra ingredients to get rid of the water.
STEP 7/14
Pour a cup of chives into a 200mL coffee cup. The reason why I mixed it later without mixing it with carrots and green onions is because leeks are too watery to mix later on. And mix it gently.
STEP 8/14
With chives, the color looks good^^ It's still sticky.
STEP 9/14
Add a bit of pepper, and add sesame oil and you're done with the rolled dumpling filling.
STEP 10/14
After making the dumpling filling into the shape of the appropriate size, pour potato starch powder into the appropriate container and roll it.
STEP 11/14
If there's starch on the dumplings, it's about to go in the steamer^^. It doesn't matter if it's not plastered with white. The filling has already absorbed starch^^
STEP 12/14
Put some water in the pan, put sambal on it, put it in the water of the cloth, and place it on top of it, and place the dumplings rolled in starch powder.
STEP 13/14
It's done in about 7 minutes after the water boils in the pan. Frozen shrimp are cooked enough even if you steam it for a few minutes.
STEP 14/14
It's done. I think people with diabetes and blood pressure can eat it without much burden. A spoonful of starch went into a lot of vegetables and carbohydrates^^ It's much easier than dumpling skin dumplings and clean afterwards, so I'll try it often when there's chives.
You don't need frozen shrimp. You can use self-cooked shrimp or cocktail shrimp. However, at this time, the time to steam can be shortened because it is already cooked.
