STEP 1/9
Chop carrots, chives, and red peppers into small pieces. You can skip this part and replace it with other vegetables. I like chives these days, so it's good to put in plenty.
STEP 2/9
You can prepare 5 to 6 eggs depending on the size. I prepared 5 eggs because it's a big one.
STEP 3/9
Beat in eggs, pour 120ml of water, and mix again
STEP 4/9
Cut the soft tofu in half, remove the bag, and slice it in half.
STEP 5/9
Mash the other half in a microwave or earthen pot
STEP 6/9
Mix mashed soft tofu evenly with egg water, chopped carrots, chives, and red pepper.
STEP 7/9
Put sliced soft tofu on top of that. For microwave containers, you can use an earthen pot or a deep ball like me
STEP 8/9
There may be a slight time difference depending on the microwave musk, but I turned it around for about 10 minutes. Turn it around for about 7 minutes, poke it with chopsticks, check it, and you can spin it more.
STEP 9/9
It swells up more when you take it out of the microwave, and it's steamed soft tofu eggs on the table looking delicious like this. It looks more delicious when you cut the vegetables into small pieces
