Blanch the konjac noodles in boiling water for about a minute and serve them on a strainer tray.

Parboil the seafood in boiling water, too.
As soon as the squid turns white, turn off the heat and serve it on a tray.

Put oil on a heated pan
Stir-fry the onions until they are cooked to a certain extent.

Stir-fry seafood and tomato sauce and when the sauce boils

Add konjac noodles and mix them

Remove from heat when sauce and seafood mix well.
