STEP 1/5
Soak the half-dried mussel in water until it is soften
(Time depends on how dry it is)
Soak fish cake balls in hot water for a minute to remove the oil and strain them through a sieve
If you're going to add chili peppers, cut them sideways
STEP 2/5
Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of fish sauce, 1T of cooking wine, 1T of red pepper paste (soup 1+dough 2), and 2/3 cups of water and make the sauce
If you don't have red pepper paste, add 1T of sugar and mix. Season and adjust
STEP 3/5
Pour 1T of cooking oil into a pan, add 1T of minced garlic and stir-fry until it smells like garlic
Add the prepared fish cake balls and stir-fry until golden brown
STEP 4/5
Add the mussels and mix slightly, pour the sauce and bring to a boil
If you want to eat spicy, you can cut and add hot peppers
The soup is too small, but boil it down until it's gone
STEP 5/5
Lastly, sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds. It's done
Half-dried mussels are chewy and fish cake balls are also chewy. Spicy and sweet. Boiled fish cake balls are complete. ^^
Make it delicious
If you don't have chili peppers, add chili peppers, and sugar
Pepper syrup is made by adding three ingredients^^
Half-dried mussels are better for cooking than dry ones
Adjust the soaking time according to the degree of drying (if you soak it for too long, it will all fade)
Make it delicious^^
