  • pork neck
    300g
  • Young squash
    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • Green pepper
    1ea
  • Scallions
    3ea
  • Cooking oil
    3Ts
  • Sesame oil
    2Ts
  • Sesame
    1Ts
  • crushed garlic
    3Ts
  • thick soy sauce
    2Ts
  • Sugar
    2Ts
  • Soju
    1.5Ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop zucchini and onion into long pieces. Slice the red pepper and green pepper diagonally and chop the chives into 3cm long pieces.
Slice the pork thinly, too.
STEP 2/8
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 3/8
Put cooking oil on a heated pan and stir-fry pork neck first
STEP 4/8
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add vegetables and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/8
When the vegetables are cooked, add 2ts of sesame oil and mix them
STEP 7/8
Sprinkle 1ts of sesame seeds to complete it.
STEP 8/8
You can eat it like a side dish or like a bowl of rice.
I recommend eating it like a bowl of rice.^^
Pork and vegetables are soft, so it's good to eat. I think it would have been better with chili peppers, but it's delicious without chili peppers in moderately sweet.^^
