Add 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix well
Adjust the seasoning according to the amount of chives
Even if you add a lot, try this much and season it
Don't cut the chives before blanching them
If the chives turn bright when blanching, take them out right away
