STEP 1/11
Pour hot water into 1 bag of instant coffee mix (canu tiramisu latte flavor, available regardless of type of coffee mix) and mix well to dissolve. Cool the completely melted coffee mix in the refrigerator for a while.

Cut the castella bread into three equal portions.

Add 15g (2 spoons) of sugar to 400g of whipped cream and whip about 60%

When whipped cream starts to get whipping marks, add 300g of cream cheese and mix until firm.

Prepare a suitable container, and lay the castella on the bottom, which was divided into three.

Spread chilled coffee syrup over castella.

Place the cheese cream (raw cream + cream cheese) on top of the bread soaked in coffee.

Flatten the top of the cheese cream.

Sprinkle sugar powder over cream.
STEP 11/11
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
I recommend you to use soft castella from the bakery for the tiramisu sheet. You have to apply a lot of coffee syrup to make it so that it has a subtle coffee scent, so please make it with a lot of syrup.
