Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash 80 perilla leaves clean You can soak it in 2 to 3 drops of vinegar for 10 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Put the soy sauce ingredients for pickling in a pot and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. When it boils, turn off the heat.
STEP 3/6
