Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
It's a 13L bottle of quenched liquor.
4kg of plum juice. 7.2L of fermented liquor is perfect!
STEP 2/15
Disinfect with hot water or with ethanol for disinfection.
It's hard to sterilize hot water because of the large bottle. Please sterilize it with ethanol..

I'll trim the plum.

Please pick out the plum that is too damaged while picking the top.

Clean the sink ball clean and put plum and water in it.

Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and let stand for 15 minutes, then rinse 3 to 4 times, changing the water!

Dry it in a cool place for at least a day

Put the plum in the bag, tape the opening to the dryer, and dry it well for about an hour in cold air.

Put 4kg of plum juice and a handful of licorice in the bottle

Cover with plastic wrap to seal after filling with alcohol.

You can ripen it for another year and eat it!
