Bean sprout dish: Tofu dish: Tofu bean sprout soup
I brought my husband's favorite bean sprout soup recipe today. Regular bean sprout soup is delicious, but if you add tofu, you will get a more savory and spicy bean sprout soup.

Ingredients
  • Bean sprouts
    150g
  • Broth
    700ml
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Garlic
    1/3T
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
  • fine red pepper powder
    1/3T
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Boil in hot water to remove impurities.
STEP 2/6
Keep the lid open or close until the bean sprouts are cooked in 700ml of broth or water.
STEP 3/6
Add 1/3T of garlic and 1T of soy sauce and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/6
When the soup starts to boil, add tofu and red pepper powder.
STEP 5/6
Season with salt after tasting it.
STEP 6/6
If you want a spicy taste, add Cheongyang red pepper and boil it for another 5 minutes.
