Soak a handful of glass noodles in water.

Tie both ends of gopchang to prevent the gopchang from coming out, remove the oil on the gopchang with scissors, wash it with flour, and rinse it (depending on the condition of the gopchang purchased, tap water may be sent into the gopchang to wash it, and then tie both ends with thread.)

Marinate it in the sauce.

a tablespoon of soybean paste

1/2 onion
1/2 zucchini
3 shiitake mushrooms (used in broth)
3 remaining green onions (or 1/2 green onions)
a handful of chives

Pour 4 cups of anchovy broth (800ml) into a pot

Put marinated gopchang and boil it for 15 minutes on high heat

Add onion, zucchini, shiitake and hot pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add chives and green onions

When it starts to boil, add anchovy sauce

Reduce the heat to low.
Cut gopchang into small pieces so that it is easy to eat.

If you put the ingredients in a bowl first and pour the soup, the container is pretty.

Add more broth to the rest of the broth and boil the soaked glass noodles gently
