STEP 1/9
Prepare the minced pork with the forelimbs
If it's fat-free, you can grind 2 rows of pork belly and use it
Add 1t of starch and 1t of soy sauce and beat until sticky
Make a round shape with 5cm thickness and get ready
STEP 2/9
Prepare garlic and ginger by slicing them (thick ginger)
Prepare to slice the hot pepper diagonally
Poke the pepper with a fork or two and mix it with 1T of starch
STEP 3/9
Heat 4-5 turns of cooking oil in a pan and cook garlic and ginger over low heat
Stir-fry it until the ginger becomes clear
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 100ml of water and simmer until bubbly
And please turn off the light for a second
STEP 4/9
Pour enough cooking oil in a pan 4-5 times and cook over low heat with a lid
If you add 3 pieces of braised beef, it smells good
Turn it upside down every 3 minutes and bake for 20 minutes so it doesn't burn
STEP 5/9
Please grill it on the side
I don't know if this thick one will cook well, but I put the lid on and turned it upside down, and it cooked so well
STEP 6/9
Put 1 piece of cheese per hamburger, close the lid, and wait until the cheese melts, and it becomes a delicious hamburger steak
STEP 7/9
Turn the heat back to the sauce and when it boils, add the starchy and cheongyang peppers and cover it with a lid and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
If it's bland, season it with salt
STEP 8/9
Add 2 or 3 drops of vinegar and pepper to make a crisp hamburger sauce
STEP 9/9
Please put it on top of course
Put rice and hamburger steak on top and put the sauce on it
It's a small hamburger that even kids like^^
I made it with hind legs, so there wasn't much juice, but it was so good with the sauce
It's so good when you mix rice with sauce
Grill the meat over low heat with a lid
You have to turn it upside down every 3 minutes so it doesn't burn
There's a hole in the chili pepper. It's good because the sauce permeates it
Sweet and salty sauce and dried peppers meet and the sweet hamburg sauce that children like is completed
