Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
[Sundae soup] Making seasoned red-pepper sauce. First, put a spoon of minced garlic (think of oil and soondae in the shell) and a spoon of soy sauce
STEP 2/9
Small spoon of red pepper powder (small spoon size) - Add about 3 spoons of filling
STEP 3/9
Add garlic, a spoonful of ginger juice, and a spoonful of beef bone soup
STEP 4/9
Cut a little bit of pepper and the size of a thumb of green onion and mix it
STEP 5/9
Cut this much ginger and chop it (you can cut it into small pieces, but you put it in without thinking;;) If you don't have ginger, I want to recommend two and a half spoons of minced garlic
STEP 6/9
Mix a little bit of salt and a little bit of sesame (good ^^; even if you add more sesame seeds) and then the seasoned red-pepper sauce is complete. (That's much more than one serving.)
STEP 7/9
Cut the large onion in half, cut it long and thin, cut the frozen intestines and lungs (I put it all in, but I recommend 1/3 if I like the lungs; I can't eat because I have a lot of them in the soup.) If you don't have frozen intestines, it's very convenient to buy sundae at a snack bar. Good~

Put the intestines and lungs in high heat, boil them, and add the leeks
STEP 9/9
Add onions. If it's cooked, cut the sundae into big pieces (like the last time you made sundae hot pot), boil it over low heat until it's cooked. Boil the sundae in a beef bone pack with long, thin onions, and then soak it for 10 minutes
