  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Rinse oyster mushrooms in water and blanch 1T of salt in boiling water
You don't have to blanch it for a long time. Stir it once and take it out
STEP 2/8
The oyster mushroom I bought is plump and nice
