STEP 1/11
You can wash tomatoes by spraying baking soda or soak them in vinegar water for a while, but I washed them clean in running water because they are eco-friendly tomatoes.
STEP 2/11
Remove the leaves of basil, soak them in cold water, and wash them in running water.

Sift through a sieve and drain.
STEP 4/11
Cut off the tip of the tomato, cut it in half, and slice it.

Slice mozzarella cheese to the same thickness as tomatoes.

In a bowl, grind 2 extra spoons of olive oil, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 3 tsp salt, and pepper and mix well.

Place tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on a plate.
STEP 8/11
Please also put basil leaves in between.
STEP 9/11
Place basil pesto in places little by little.
STEP 10/11
Sprinkle balsamic dressing evenly, grind the pepper, and sprinkle it lightly all over.
