STEP 1/9
Cut onions and chives into similar lengths
Wash bean sprouts two or three times in clean water and strain them through a sieve
STEP 2/9
When I cook sausage or spam, I dip it in hot water before using it
It's good to get rid of the grease and additives on the surface
Soak it for a minute and cut it into 0.5cm thick pieces
STEP 3/9
Mix red pepper powder, red pepper paste, dark soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to make sauce
If the amount of bean sprouts is small, add about 2/3 of the seasoning and season it at the end
STEP 4/9
Mix 1T of starch and 2T of water to make starch water
If you mix it in advance, it'll separate, but you can mix it again
STEP 5/9
Place sausage in 1T cooking oil pan and cook until golden brown
Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil
STEP 6/9
When the water boils, add bean sprouts, onions, and green onions (green onions) and add 1T of the sauce
Cover and bring to a boil
STEP 7/9
If the bean sprouts smell savory as they ripen, open the lid
It's steamed, but it looks like there's a lot of water, right?^^
What you need is starch water
STEP 8/9
Mix the starch water again so that the separated water and starch mix well
Reduce heat and stir in steamed bean sprouts, pouring starch water little by little
STEP 9/9
Lastly, sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds. It's done^^
There's a lot of process because I wrote it down to show you in detail
Add the sauce, starch water, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. That's it
There's no tip, but if you mix the sauce according to the amount and make a small amount, you can season it comfortably if you leave a little bit of the sauce
Before you finish, taste it and add it if it's bland
