STEP 1/10
Clean the cucumber with baking soda or salt because I will use it with the skin.

Place chopsticks on each side and make a sharp cut diagonally. The finer you serve, the better the cucumber stretches. If you cut chopsticks on the floor, it's convenient because the cut doesn't go to the bottom of the cucumber.

If you've made cuts on one side, turn it over.

Turn over and cut diagonally again in the same way.

The cucumber does not boil and stretches like a spring.
STEP 6/10
If the cucumber is cut to the right size, add 3T of salt and pickle for at least 10 minutes.

Make the sauce according to the amount above while pickled cucumbers.

Rinse the salted cucumbers once and drain them on a sieve.

Put cucumbers in a bowl and season them well so that they don't break.
You can mix it so that the seasoning is cut between the cucumber cuts.

If you season cucumbers well and sprinkle sesame seeds, the spicy sweet and sour accordion cucumber salad is complete.
