STEP 1/5
Slice the clean lotus root into 2-3mm thick slices and rinse it in cold water
Blanch 1T of vinegar in boiling 1L water for 10 minutes

Rinse the blanched lotus root in cold water and strain it through a sieve

Put 2 lotus roots in a pan, add 3~3.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and 2 cups of water, and boil over high heat when it boils up

Turn it upside down and boil it down so that it's seasoned evenly
When the sauce is small on the floor, add 5T of the invitation and boil it down

The more it's boiled down, the more glossy it becomes
Sprinkle sesame seeds and it's done^^
Try the sesame oil and add it to your liking
If you want to make it chewy, slice it thinly
If you want to make it darker, you can change it to 2T of brown sugar + 3-4T of grain syrup instead of 5T of grain syrup
If you add cooking oil to the sauce, it prevents breakage and makes it glossy
