Press the meat with a kitchen towel to drain the blood.

Spread olive oil on front and back of meat.

Sprinkle herb salt on the front and back.

Let the meat ripen in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Add olive oil to pan and fry over high heat. You have to do this so that the juice doesn't go out.

Bake on both sides over high heat for 2 minutes. If you do this, you can grill it medium.

Make sure to wrap the finished meat in foil. I'll leave it on for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, slice the meat well.

If you prepare grilled vegetables and wasabi sauce, the delicious shredded steak is complete.
After cooking the meat, wrap it in foil and leave it for about 5 minutes to trap the juice and cook it to the inside.
