Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/3 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of plum syrup, and 1/2 spoon of sugar and mix well.

Put the finished seasoning on the Korean beef skewer and coat it with the seasoning.

Put a wrap on the seasoned beef bowl and refrigerate it for a while. (Until I finish cutting my belly)

Slice 1/2 side of pear and place it neatly in a bowl.

Put the aged yukhoe in the refrigerator and shape the center slightly concave.

Place the yolk in the recesses.

Sprinkle sesame or pepper on top of it and it's done!

- You can replace the beef tartare with red bean sesame meat and rump meat
