Wash chicken feet clean and boil with deodorizing ingredients

When the water starts to boil, impurities come up. Turn off the heat
Afterwards, wash it clean

Add onion + minced garlic + ginger + red pepper powder (basic, spicy) + red pepper paste + sugar + soy sauce + Vietnamese pepper + sesame oil + plum juice + pepper + chicken stock and grind them finely

Add enough water to cover the clean chicken feet and add the ground sauce

Cover and simmer for more than an hour ~ Until the chicken feet are soft

When chicken feet are tender, taste it and add more seasoning
I seasoned it with oyster sauce

I'll boil it with the lid open and add green onions to finish it off

Parboil bean sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes before using
STEP 9/9
Put the boiled bean sprouts into the chicken feet
You have to cook chicken feet until they're soft
It can vary depending on the firepower, so think of it as more than an hour
