STEP 1/10
Add enough water to cover the eggs, add vinegar and a spoonful of salt, and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes. Immediately after boiling, soak it in cold water, remove the skin, and slice it to 0.5cm thick.

Transfer corn to a small strainer, rinse it in water, and drain it.

Soak vegetables in a little bit of vinegar and wash them clean and drain.

Wash cherry tomatoes clean and cut them in half.

Cut the kiwi in half and cut it into bite-size pieces.

Put the prepared ingredients on the plate one by one considering the color.

Chop the onions for the sauce into small pieces.

Mix well 3T plain yogurt, 3T mayonnaise, 1T honey, 1T oligosaccharide, 2T holsradish sauce and 1T lemon juice.

Add 2T of chopped onion, a little herb salt, and a little parsley powder to complete the sauce.

The refreshing yogurt dressing was delicious, so the salad disappeared.
I think it would be good to enjoy it lightly as a breakfast substitute or brunch.
It's perfect for a light meal and it's good for your health and diet.
I mainly put vegetables and fruits, so you can add chicken breast or cheese.
