STEP 1/9
Let's look at the ingredients first!
It's good to use sirloin for meat, but I prepared it according to the refrigerator's situation because I had pork belly meat at home.
I also put spinach greens because I'm at home, and if you don't have it, you can pass!
Before preparing the ingredients, soak the glass noodles in water for about 30 minutes!
STEP 2/9
Chop the onions and cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Chop the garlic and green onions and chop the peppers diagonally like a garnish!
STEP 3/9
Cut the rolled pork belly into three pieces and grill it in a frying pan. If you used sirloin, it's better to put a little oil on the frying pan, but pork belly is normally made of its own oil, so it's okay to stir-fry it without adding oil^^
Add salt, pepper, chopped green onions and minced garlic and stir-fry for a while.
STEP 4/9
When the pork belly is slightly cooked and the pork oil starts to come out, you can add chili oil. You can see the redness!
STEP 5/9
And when the red color of the meat is almost gone, add all the remaining vegetables and stir-fry them together!
STEP 6/9
Since there were spinach greens in my fridge, I added spinach greens and stir-fried them to mix well^^
STEP 7/9
When the vegetables are cooked, put the noodles soaked in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, and add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and oligosaccharide.
It feels like the process of making yamae japchae, right? ^^
STEP 8/9
There is no soy sauce at all, but a decent japchae is being made!
STEP 9/9
When the glass noodles are well cooked, put japchae on top of the rice and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish!
It's a simple japchae rice that fills the nutrition and texture well!
It'll be a reliable meal.k.a reliable meal^^
