Indonesian pancake Martabak Manis makes street snacks
Martabak Manis is the best street food in Indonesia. It's also called Trangblan depending on the region. I replaced the ingredients that are hard to get in Korea with something else.

  • Soft flour
    250g
  • Sugar
    60g
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Baking powder
    5g
  • baking soda

  • Butter
    20g
  • Chocolate jam
    30g
  • condensed milk

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Add salt and vanilla extract to water and mix.
STEP 2/15
Add the prepared water to the flour and mix.
STEP 3/15
Add sugar and eggs and mix.
STEP 4/15
Add baking powder and baking soda and mix.

Refrigerate the prepared dough for about an hour.

Mix the frozen dough once.
STEP 7/15
Place the dough in an oil-free pan and bake over low heat.

Turn the pan slightly so that the dough can get on the edge of the pan.

When the foam rises and the hole is pierced, cover the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.

Cut the finished bread in half.

Spread butter on the bread cut in half.

Put chocolate jam on it.
