  • Mak noodle
    200g
  • Scallions
    10ea
  • sesame salt
    2T
  • seaweed flakes
    enough
  • perilla oil
    6T
  • thick soy sauce
    3T
  • Sugar
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Clean the 10 green onions and chop them into small pieces
STEP 2/6
Boil the water over high heat and add the noodles when the water
STEP 3/6
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes
STEP 4/6
Wash the boiled noodles in cold water
STEP 5/6
Put boiled noodles in a bowl and mix 6T of perilla oil, 1T of sugar, and 3T of soy sauce
STEP 6/6
Place noodles in a bowl and top with plenty of seaweed flakes, chives, and sesame salt
