Ramen dish: Jongwon Baek rabokki
Last time, my husband and I ate rabokki so deliciously at a snack bar, so we decided to make it at home. What kind of recipe should I make? I thought about it and made it with the Jongwon Baek's recipe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Blanch sausage slightly in boiling water to remove impurities.
STEP 2/11
Cut the blanched sausages into appropriate sizes or cut them.
STEP 3/11
Blanch the ramen slightly in hot water to remove the fat.
STEP 4/11
Boil 350ml of water and add slightly blanched ramen.

Using chopsticks, gently loosen the noodles and add 1/2 ramen powder and 1 bag of ingredients.

Add 1T of sugar when it starts to boil.
STEP 7/11
Add 1T of red pepper paste and mix it well.

If the red pepper paste dissolves well, please add the sausage.

Add chopped green onions, please.
STEP 10/11
It's done if you squeeze the soup a little bit.
