STEP 1/15
Prepare the bread and cut the edges with a knife.
STEP 2/15
Don't throw away the cut edges and bake them in a toast pan later, and they will become crispy.
STEP 3/15
Add 10 tbsp milk, 4 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, and parsley powder to 4 eggs, mixing at high speed to avoid lumps.
STEP 4/15
Dip bread into well-done egg wash and coat well with egg wash.
To the point where it's moist.
STEP 5/15
In a flat bowl, stack egg-coated bread together and let stand for about 5 minutes.
I put it in the egg water to wear it evenly, so you can just pour the egg water while placing the bread in a flat bowl one at a time. Please handle it carefully as excessive egg water may tear the soft bread.
STEP 6/15
Place butter and cooking oil in a frying pan and carefully place one slice of bread on top of it.
There should be no parts that are sticking out, so please carefully match it well and upload it.
Butter dehydrates, so make sure to turn it on low heat.
STEP 7/15
Cook the front and back until golden brown and stand up on the side and cook the four sides well so that the two can be sealed well, making it a perfect toast.
STEP 8/15
When the front and back are well cooked, spread the syrup back and forth and bake while turning.
If you want it to be sweeter, sprinkle sugar with it and it becomes caramel, making it sweeter, more savory, and crispy.
I didn't like it sweeter, so I only sprayed syrup.
STEP 9/15
A cotton candy-like and cloud-like toast is completed.
STEP 10/15
I cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 11/15
Would you like to have a look at the flesh.
There are two slices of bread, but it's a visual that's united well as one.
STEP 12/15
It looks moist.
It's like a castella.
STEP 13/15
It looks moist and sweet just by looking at it.
There's nothing to chew on, but it melts and feels great with the right amount of sweetness.
It's so soft and moist that I think it can be a good snack for children and parents with weak teeth, and it's a perfect toast for a simple breakfast.
STEP 14/15
A cherry tomato salad that's great to eat with toast
It's a tomato salad that my daughter likes so much that I often make.
When you are stressed out, looking for a suitable sweetness in your mouth, or when you want a simple meal, make sure to taste the cotton candy toast that gives you a savory and sweet freshness without any other ingredients.
STEP 15/15
If you don't want to eat it raw, add 500g of tomatoes, olive oil 4, onion to your taste, honey 1, a little salt, and lemon juice (lemon powder) and mix it with a spoon. My daughter is eating like this with a spoon.
You have to cut the bread equally well to make it look pretty and not tear when coated with egg water.
