Ingredients
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    500g
  • Carbonara sauce
    1cup
  • Water
    1+1/3cup
  • basil
    10piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare a bag of 500g of Noodle Tteokbokki rice cake.
STEP 2/8
Wash it two or three times in cold water and pick it up.
STEP 3/8
I prepared carbonara pasta sauce.
STEP 4/8
Pour a cup of garbonara sauce into a pan and add 1 and 1/3 cups of water
STEP 5/8
Add washed noodle tteokbokki rice cake and start boiling over medium heat.
STEP 6/8
Prepare about 10 basil leaves.
I'm finely chopped, but if you grind it and put it in, it's better to go to basil.
Of course, the sauce will turn blue, right?
My husband doesn't like basil, so I chopped it and put it in.
STEP 7/8
While preparing for basil, the tteokbokki boiled and the rice cake became soft.
Add chopped basil, mix once, and remove from heat.
When boiled, basil leaves turn yellow.
STEP 8/8
The basil cream tteokbokki sold by traders these days is delicious, so I made it similarly..
Hmm~ It's delicious and semi cooking, so even you can't cook?
