STEP 1/7
Prepare the ingredients.
Slice the mushrooms and chop the onions. I put it in because I had meatballs.
You can add ham, sausage, bacon, minced meat, etc.
You can add any cheese you have in moderately. Slice cheese is good, too.
You can skip it if you don't have it, but it tastes better if you put!
STEP 2/7
If you are using meatballs
Grease the pan slightly and grill the meatballs first.
It's not cooked now, but now it's cooked until the outside is colored and boiled with sauce later, and it's cooked well to the inside.
STEP 3/7
If the meatball is colored enough, take it out for a while
Stir-fry onions, mushrooms, minced garlic, and pepper.
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry the onions until they are transparent
200mL of spaghetti sauce and 50mL of water,
Add cheese and mix well.
STEP 5/7
Then, add meatballs and eggs
Turn the heat down to low
STEP 6/7
It takes longer than you think to cook all the eggs without a lid.
Boil over low heat for long enough to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
STEP 7/7
When the eggs are all cooked
Sprinkle parsley powder on top and it's done!
You might be flustered when you cook the eggs at the end
It really takes a lot longer than I thought.
Just leave it on low heat for a while.
If you turn on the heat in a hurry, it becomes very difficult when you wash the dishes in the pan..LOL
And make sure! Eat it with bread! It's so good!!
