  • Milk

  • whipped cream

  • Chicken stock
    7g
  • Spicy chicken sauce
    20g
  • Bacon
    1ea
  • onion

  • King oyster mushroom
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • olive oil
    1TS
  • Butter
    1TS
  • Vietnamese pepper
    4~5ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Make cream sauce with milk, whipped cream chicken stock, and Vietnamese pepper
STEP 2/9
Cut onion, bacon, and mushrooms into appropriate sizes
STEP 3/9
Boil the jjolmyeon for 2 to 3 minutes
STEP 4/9
Add butter and garlic and stir-fry
STEP 5/9
Add the ingredients and stir-fry them
Add olive oil, please
STEP 6/9
When the onion is golden, pour in the cream sauce
STEP 7/9
Add the sauce for the spicy chicken noodles
STEP 8/9
Boil it
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add the boiled jjolmyeon and boil it for about 2 minutes ~
The original recipe is tteokbokki sauce, not buldak sauce I used buldak sauce and it was spicy and delicious ~
