Put water in a pot and when the water boils, add walnuts and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to remove odors and impurities.
STEP 4/14
Rinse blanched walnuts 2-3 times in cold water and drain them in a strainer.
STEP 5/14
Spread the walnuts in the oven pan and bake them for 10 minutes at 175 degrees

Please adjust the time according to the oven specifications and preferences.
STEP 8/14
Wash raw almonds in cold water three to four times to remove impurities, then place them in a strainer to remove moisture. The almonds will be baked directly in the oven without blanching them in boiling water.
STEP 9/14
In a paper foil oven pan, spread the almonds so that they do not overlap each other, and then place them in the oven. It can be baked in a frying pan or air fryer, but it's also a lot, so I chose to bake in the oven for convenience.
STEP 10/14
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 170 degree oven, toss with a spatula, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Adjust the time according to the oven specification by looking at the baking color.
STEP 11/14
I used the oven to bake almonds easily
STEP 12/14
Cool the baked almonds and walnuts
STEP 13/14
Put it in a freezer and go to the freezer
STEP 14/14
If you keep nuts at room temperature, it's faster to give birth, so please keep them in the freezer.
Make sure to keep nuts that are fast to give birth at room temperature.
