STEP 1/12
Prepare 300g of pork foreleg

Cut 1/3 green onion and 1/3 onion
Chop 1/2 kiwi, too
I put some chives in the house

* Soy sauce pork bulgogi seasoning
Mix minced kiwi, soy sauce 5T, minced garlic 0.5T, sesame oil 0.5T, and pepper powder

Add the seasoning to the pork forelimb and mix well

Marinate the meat enough to season it well

Grease the wok and stir-fry the green onions slightly

Stir-fry marinated meat while spreading thinly

Stir-fry the meat and cut it into bite-size pieces

Add onions and chives and stir-fry them

Add 3T of water and stir-fry it on high heat. Soy sauce pork bulgogi is done~~

Sprinkle sesame seeds, too
