First, scoop 3 bowls of rice and cool it down to make sticky fried rice.

Cut 3 small potatoes into bite-size pieces.

Soak potatoes in water for about 10 minutes to remove starch.

Please chop the onions into a good size to put in the fried rice and prepare them.

Please chop the cucumber peppers into small pieces and prepare it.

Beat in 3 eggs and prepare them.

Please cut the ham into the right amount and prepare it.

Rinse the potatoes slightly and drain on a strainer tray.

Grease a pan with cooking oil, add 1T of minced garlic and serve with garlic oil over low heat.

Add drained potatoes and stir-fry until potatoes are cooked to a crisp. I stir-fried it for 2 to 3 minutes.

When the potatoes are slightly cooked, add all the rest of the ingredients (onions, ham, red pepper) and add a little cooking oil and stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes. Stir-fry the onions and potatoes until they are cooked.

When all the ingredients are fried, put the ingredients aside in a bowl for a while.

After pouring cooking oil back into the pan, add the beaten eggs and make scrambled eggs. Stir-fry eggs until about 80 percent cooked.

Add the rice that has been cooled beforehand and stir-fry it slightly with the egg.

Remove from heat for a while, add all the rest of the ingredients, add 2T of tuna liquid and 3T of oyster sauce, and mix first. Then turn on the heat again and stir-fry it.

Lastly, sprinkle a little pepper.

If you sprinkle ketchup on top of the rice, it's done with potato fried rice.
Potatoes must be soaked in water so that they don't stick to the pan.
